The photo sharing app takes your images and filters them to give them a more personalized experience for your friends.
The question came up at LeWeb Conference in Paris yesterday -- when will there be an Android version of Instagram?
The answer is "soon," according to co-founder Kevin Systrom. The company currently has two engineers tasked with porting the app, reports CNet.
Systrom also hinted at an ad network to eventually make its way to the app, saying that, "Obviously, we didn’t start a business to not make money. Our focus now is on growing the network. You really need to build up the network, or no advertisers care."
